Hiking Club

q      

 
The January Hiking Club event is this Saturday, January 12th!

q       Scouts should meet at Whittier school at 10 a.m and we will caravan to Blackwell Forest Preserve.

q       Family members are welcome to join – be sure everyone dresses for the weather.

 

 

 

Arrow of Light

q       The Arrow of Light Ceremony and will be held on Friday January 25th at 6:30 p.m. in the Edison auditorium.

q       RSVP by January 18th and identify the number of adults and children who will be attending (cake will be served).  Send your email to Pack61Communications@gmail.com.

q       All Webelos must attend this event.

 

Calling all Racers!

q       Join Pack 61 on Sunday February 24th at Edison Middle School for the Pinewood Derby! 

q       Racing details will be coming soon, as will the cars.  Be thinking of the design you will create this year! Be on the lookout for details from your Den Leader coming soon.

 

Dozin’ with the Dinos

q       Imagine roaming the Field Museum at night! Explore the rituals of an Egyptian culture and prowl an African savannah. 

q       Does this sound fun?  If so, call your Den Leader TODAY.  Registration for the March 7th overnight at the Field Museum closes this month.  The event costs $47 for all non-Scout attendees. Contact Pack61Communications@gmail.com with any questions.
